Due to the nature of the clients we support, some content you will read in reports or on emails will be highly sensitive and on the rare occasion, difficult and upsetting to read.
You may come across information in relation to patients of the clients we support, describing traumatic events with very descriptive explanations that can be deeply upsetting.
We ask all of our team members to speak up, should they struggle with a piece of work that is overwhelming, causing distress to type or proof read or file.
You must never suffer on your own and must always contact either Louisa or Tracey or another team member to talk things through.
