Founded in 2019, on a foundation of 12+ years clinical & industry experience, we provide Initial Needs Assessments & Rehabilitation Case Management Services to the UK personal injury market.
We are niche provider in that we prefer to only work with adults who have sustained orthopaedic & musculoskeletal polytrauma, amputation and those who experience persistent pain conditions.
About this role:
- We are on the search for an Allied Health Professional & Rehabilitation Case Manager who is clinically inquisitive (preferably a qualified Physiotherapist) to associate with us on a self-employed freelance basis.
- Serve a small community of stakeholder customers who trust & chose to work with us for our passion, vision & mission, adhering to our values and consistency in how we deliver our services & approach to rehabilitation for our mutual clients.
- Work only with rehabilitation providers who evidence their ability to help people return to work, reduce their risk of long-term disability & sickness absence, optimise their musculoskeletal health & quality of life, reach their functional & mobility goals, and their true recovery potential following devastating life-changing injury.
- Working alongside a small team of genuine good-natured people who understand the importance of professional well-being & truly respecting & caring for each other.
- Have access to administrative and case management assistant support, clinical support, and developmental coaching.
- Highly attractive renumeration of up to £60 per hour based on experience.
Now let’s talk about you:
Our ideal applicant will have:
- At least 2 years existing case management experience within the UK personal injury market including the coordination & management of rehabilitation and return to work programmes.
- The ability to conduct holistic biopsychosocial needs assessments and produce high-quality reports that include sound clinical reasoning & rehabilitation recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience of setting SMART goals, based on peoples preferred future and a proven track record of utilising functional tests & patient-reported outcome measures to evaluate progress, effectiveness, and the success of rehabilitation interventions.
- An exceptional ability to comprehend medical information & utilise it to synthesise appropriate management plans that are underpinned by clinical best-practice guidelines.
- Exemplary communication and time management skills with the ability to appropriately engage multiple stakeholders and provide exceptional customer service.
- The ability to work confidently & autonomously, in line with the organisation’s standards and approach & within the scope of the freelance/self-employed nature of the work.
- Have capacity for work and be able to ‘hit the ground running’.
- Ideally located in central England; although, due to the nature of work we are open to consider those located in other regions.
