Watch this video and make note of these important parts for your task logging sheet:
- We charge in increments of 5 minutes when logging your time on the task logging sheet.
- If the time spent on a task comes to 23 minutes, round this up to 25 minutes.
- If the client requires you to identify a task carried out against one of their clients e.g. typing up MDT meeting minutes for John Smith, make sure you put in the initials of the client against the description of the task on your task logging sheet.
- On the last day of your calendar month check your task logging sheet and create your invoice.
- Save it and send to louisa@virtual-administration.com and copy in tracey@virtual-administration.com along with your invoice (which has your bank details on).
- Our invoicing system depends on all team members sending in their invoice and task logging sheet on time. We expect to receive both documents no later than the 3rd of the month.
- If you do not send in your invoice and task logging sheet on time, you will not be paid until the following month.
