WRITING EMAILS
Being professional when writing emails is crucial along with being polite, accurate and to the point.
Our clients are extremely busy people and receive hundreds of emails per day. They need to easily spot your email, with information in the subject header, that clearly explains what the subject is about. Make it super easy for your client to respond to your questions. Always be mindful if the question is urgent, to send a text message to the client to catch their attention.
Provided are examples of:
- How to respond to emails from clients. This will include both formal and informal, depending on who you are corresponding with e.g. a solicitor, a physiotherapist, a case manager, an equipment company.
- How to respond to a new enquiry on behalf of a client you are supporting while checking their emails.
- What information you should gather as part of a new enquiry for a client.
- With a few other examples.
You will find them here.
